Valoriani Forni is a furnace since 1890. Our main strong point, besides experience and tradition is that, being a furnace, we are able to produce every single component of the oven in our factory and in our kiln. This means that we do not purchase refractory cotto on the market, thus having to adapt to what we find, but we have studied the best mix of the best materials in order to get a baking floor and a dome that in its proportions allows the pizza maker to have the best results possible. Our ovens are recognized and appreciated all over the world thanks to our distributors and to our collaboration with the most important association of the field like Gambero Rosso, FCSI, AVPN ecc. We have official Italian, European, USA and UK certifications that attest the quality of our floor and products.
