Sirio is the ideal oven for small bakeries or restaurants that want to produce their own bread, croissants, biscuits and much more.
It includes a system for dispensing steam into the cooking chamber (direct injection) and a fan for vapor distribution.
The accurate choice of materials makes it energy-saving, a focus that’s also achieved by means of the high insulation thickness as well
as the 2 doors, provided in the 3 trays version, which reduce heat waste when opened. It is also equipped with a Booster function that
allows the previously set temperature to be reached quickly.
Its size and features make it combinable with the Centauri line.
