Gisela Ciancio started her HR career 32 years ago in Argentina, working as a gym instructor in Buenos Aires, before dedicating her time to the hospitality luxury market, in the areas of ​​Human Resources, training, executive leadership and quality assurance.

In her many years of professional experience, Gisela has worked in 16 countries with around 15,000 employees, more than 72 different nationalities, has conducted over 35,000 interviews. led 12 significant restructuring processes and start-ups. Apart from contributing in many luxury hospitality and retail projects, she has worked in hotel brands such as Inter-Continental, W, Four Seasons; led the start-up of the first global brand of residences for students, and had recently completed the start-up of a global luxury cruise line. 

Since 2018, Gisela has been dedicated to providing professional consulting services related to organisational development, company culture, talent strategy, and the optimisation of People Experiences (Customers & Employees), while developing the models of Purpose-Filled, Sustainable Talent (TSTV), and Human Bond®, also a variety of workshops which combine a corporate approach with either wellbeing , sports and spiritual/energy-based techniques to dig deeper in the fulfilment of individuals and, consequently higher performance of businesses.

Nowadays, Gisela not only work with corporate clients in Europe & Middle East, but she also guides individuals in the pursuit of purpose and fulfillment.
