Lilli Neubelt is a Senior Manager at Forsite Creative, a leading F&B consultancy in the EMEA region, where she co-leads a young, dynamic team offering services from market research and strategy to concept development and turnkey design.

Her path to the hospitality industry is anything but conventional. 

Lilli holds a cum laude degree in Business Administration and studied Interior Design at Parsons School of Design in New York. She began her career in the luxury yacht sector, a niche field of providing ultra luxury experiences, where she thrived in media, marketing, and interior design for several years. Her work on hospitality-related yachting projects fueled her personal passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, naturally steering her toward the F&B industry.

Driven by a vision to push boundaries, Lilli relocated from New York to Dubai - one of the world’s most dynamic hospitality hubs - where she founded her own F&B consultancy in 2022. This venture laid the foundation for her current role at Forsite Creative, where she now harnesses her unique blend of experience and creativity to bring innovation and excellence to the F&B landscape.
