Today, Margarita is the Executive Chef of Soul Kitchen Dubai, a concept by Beirut’s biggest Entertainment and Hospitality Group, Factory People. The Restaurant offers elevated dining and cutting-edge design, integrating arts and music as key elements of expression throughout the space. The food concept in Soul Kitchen is inspired by the Arab diaspora to South America in the early 1900’s and how migration inspired creativity. The food and the beverage are a combination of Levantine and Latin flavors, such as the Hummus with Chimichurri and the Wagyu Kafta in Arepa for food, and the Arak Bellini or Peachy Margarita with Sumac for the beverage.

The restaurant just opened in September 2023 and was listed by the Conde Nast Traveler Magazine in top 40 Best New Restaurants in the World in 2024.
