Celebrating 20 years of Bishop Design, Paul has transformed his company into a globally recognized, award-winning brand, with studios in Dubai and Miami.

Paul's most celebrated work lies in the hospitality sector, and his passion for design and unwavering dedication to his craft are evident in his impressive portfolio spanning from luxury resorts and lifestyle hotels to fine dining restaurants and fast-casual concepts. Over the years he has collaborated with some of hospitality’s most prominent brands and developers, including SLS Hotel & Residences, Major Food Group, Ennismore, and Sunset Hospitality. He has become a trusted partner for Michelin-starred chefs such as Massimo Bottura, Henrique Sá Pessoa, and more recently, Björn Frantzén, as he consistently demonstrates his ability to break boundaries, blending creative vision with practical functionality to create extraordinary spaces, and transform culinary visions into immersive dining experiences.

Throughout Paul’s career in the Middle East, he has amassed an impressive collection of international design awards and accolades, and since expanding into the Americas in 2021, he has continued to make his mark, securing many prestigious projects and accumulating numerous awards in the last 18 months.

In addition to his interior design expertise, Paul is co-founder of two other companies: Rogue, a creative agency specializing in branding and visual identity, and Custard, a dynamic hospitality firm focused on concept ideation, operations, and strategy. This allows Paul and his team to offer a comprehensive 360-degree approach to each project, ensuring a seamless blend of creativity, precision, and strategic vision throughout the entire process.
