Since 2016, his journey has spanned multiple key roles from barista to coffee roaster, quality control expert, and educator showcasing his deep expertise. As an AST (Authorized SCA Trainer) and Q Arabica Grader, as well as Co-Founder of The Ore Coffee, Sitaram has mastered the art of roasting, sensory analysis, brewing, and barista skills.
Currently focused on cofee education, Sitaram specialises in teaching the intricacies of roasting, sensory education, brewing techniques, and the artistry of being a skilled barista. His passion for imparting knowledge is reflected in the meticulous training programs he develops and leads across various settings.
