Christine Assouad is a serial entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience, particularly in the Food & Beverage sector, where she launched renowned brands such as Dunkin’ in Lebanon and Semsom. As a strategic advisor and board member, Christine has helped drive growth and development across multiple markets, including the UAE, KSA, and Europe. With a passion for mentoring, she has supported over 100 female entrepreneurs through her Empowering Tribe program and thousands with Her Book Club. Christine's extensive education graduating from AUB, McGill, Harvard , her experience, her board positions, and her role on the YPO Global Retail Network, have established her as a prominent leader in retail and business strategy
Leading the award-winning catering division of DWTC, Georg is a brilliant Director of Culinary Operations. Born in Germany, Chef Georg Hessler has a three decade-long career spanning four continents and senior level positions in three Michelin starred-restaurants, five-star hotels and resorts and world-leading cruise line brands. He is responsible for the overall culinary operations, and leads a 148-strong team of chefs representing a world map of nationalities, knowledge and gastronomic inspiration, working hand-in-hand with DWTC’s venues services management team.
A highly dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is thoroughly committed to succeeding at the highest level. Holding a Bachelor of Science (hons) degree in International Hospitality Management from Emirates Academy in Dubai, Raha has been living in the UAE for the last 22 years. He gained a vast amount of hospitality experience, both in terms of strategy, operations and expertise. Raha has been involved for the past 14 years in the foodservice consultancy and manufacturing business.

It combines existing concepts and technologies with new trends and demands and brings to life solutions that go beyond industry standards.
Interesting elements were incorporated into the design, such as the spout resembling a traditional portafilter, the screws on the side panels with an industrial look, or the slanted feet that could fit a piece of furniture. Its innovative and intuitive design ensures that even inexperienced staff members can create exceptional coffee experiences.
The coffee machine seamlessly fits into different spaces without compromising on barista-grade in-cup quality. Precision-engineered components ensure reliability and high performance, while advanced coffee technologies guarantee consistently high in-cup quality. Mytico’s ease of use and reduced height give room for the barista to converse with the customer while easily producing their favorite beverage.
The various models in this product line are multifunctional and offer user-proven coffee technologies, such as the patented iQFlow technology and individually programmable brewing temperatures in two different brewing units, ensuring consistent, barista-grade coffee every time. Each machine has two coffee modules, allowing two operators to run the machine simultaneously and produce up to four beverages at once, thus increasing productivity. BEST SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION
MKN SteelPlus - over 40% CO2e reduced stainless steel
By purchasing the MKN SteelPlus option, MKN promises to process CO2e reduced stainless steel according to your order in its production. The ordered appliance is not manufactured directly with CO2e reduced stainless steel. However, the purchase of the option increases the proportion of CO2e reduced stainless steel in MKN's total production by the proportion acquired. The amount of CO2e saved by the purchase of approx. 0.83 kg ** CO2e. per kg of stainless steel appliance insert (Scope 1, 2, 3 - option) will be confirmed.
The CO2e reduced stainless steel used by MKN, among others, is produced using a special manufacturing process that reduces the CO2e footprint by at least 40% compared to the
European standard. Compared to the global average (6.82 tons of CO2e per ton of stainless steel ***), the CO2e reduction is more than 80%, or over 85% if the stainless steel was produced in China (8.52 tons of CO2e per ton of stainless steel ****). The low CO2e footprint of the stainless steel used is achieved through a particularly high re- cycling rate of approx. 98% and the use of low-CO2e electricity for production.
